If the 5th/final day falls on a weekend day or holiday, we will extend it to the very next business day that Dogcentrik is open. This offer is available with no refunds (sorry, no exceptions).

Due before drop-off, unless using cash. If paying in cash please use exact change only. We accept most major credit/debit cards on our website payment portal, as well as Venmo and CashApp.

We understand that life happens. Therefore, the sooner you cancel your booking the more of a refund we can get back to you. Our refunds for cancellations are based on the amount of time before the booking that you cancel, and are structured as follows:
